Barkalow Associates Realtors was founded as REMAX Premier Properties by Rex Brandstatter in 1990, and then sold to Tracy Barkalow in 2004. As the fourth largest and growing real estate company in the market area, we are excited to be a part of this great community. With more than a dozen full time realtors, a closing department, and a full-time support staff, we pride ourselves in being the best that we can be for our clients and our community.
As an Iowa City native, Broker/Owner Tracy Barkalow has a keen knowledge of and insight into the local real estate market in all areas of the industry. Barkalow believes in providing the highest level of service through hard work, integrity, and honesty when dealing with clients and fellow realtors. He has been committed to these principles and the sale of real estate in Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty, and surrounding areas for more than 10 years. He has also been involved in several land development projects in area markets. In January 2008, Barkalow and associates agreed to change the name of the company in order to take the company to the next level within the local community.
